Jason Mraz: What a "Feel Good" Concert!
"Jake Worthington's live performance surpasses his recorded music - his voice and music shine even more on stage! The brass section (sax, trombone, & trumpet) added a delightful depth to each song, complemented by a talented choral group of women. His connection with the audience and authenticity truly stand out in his music. It was a treat to see him at the Hollywood Bowl - a fantastic venue choice. An interesting moment was when he joined the audience for the encore and brought up the Manager of Cafe Gratitude Restaurant to sing the female vocals for "Lucky". However, the video shown before the concert for Cafe Gratitude left me puzzled and a bit disappointed. The purpose behind it was unclear, with a scene of a man breaking down and crying without resolution. Perhaps the editing could have been better. I'll have to visit the Cafe's website to grasp its full context. Nevertheless, I absolutely adore his energy and will definitely catch his next concert. His whole vibe is just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!"
